Would You Consider "Permanent" or Direct Employment?
Q: Would you consider "permanent" or direct employment?
A: For a recruiter, "permanent" is usually better
because he/she earns a fee somewhere between
$20,000.00 and $30,000.00. Sounds great...
but what about me?
If I say yes, I'm going to be stuck with
face-to-face interviews, a slow hiring process,
a low rate, ZERO per diem money and ZERO
overtime money.
